Pop reports for '64, '65 & '66 Kennedys

I'm completing a set of Kennedy proofs in DCAM and I'm only 3 coins away. Obviously a few of them are harder to locate so I was wondering if someone could tell me the pop reports of the following Kennedys in DCAM (all grades): '64 Accented Hair, '65 SMS & '66 SMS

The 30th 1965 (MS65DCAM) was just made this week, so maybe it'll pop up on the market soon.

Ebay and Teletrade are the most typical venues. The problem is that there
isn't a continual flow of old collections hitting the market so most have to come
from raw coins and they're too scarce in raw coins to appear for sale often.

I think there is a market for those allmost any time they show up.

Nope. If I did, it wouldn't be popping up on the market soon.
