Pop reports for '64, '65 & '66 Kennedys

I'm completing a set of Kennedy proofs in DCAM and I'm only 3 coins away. Obviously a few of them are harder to locate so I was wondering if someone could tell me the pop reports of the following Kennedys in DCAM (all grades): '64 Accented Hair, '65 SMS & '66 SMS

The 30th 1965 (MS65DCAM) was just made this week, so maybe it'll pop up on the market soon.

I checked TT and couldn't find a single DCAM sold in the last 3 years and of course nothing listed in eBay limited history. Where would these be typically sold?

Ebay and Teletrade are the most typical venues. The problem is that there
isn't a continual flow of old collections hitting the market so most have to come
from raw coins and they're too scarce in raw coins to appear for sale often.
