Found this in my local antique shop today. Probably a long shot, but maybe there is some French coin collectors who would like it for whatever reason. You could always put some old coins in it and eBay it as Grandma's long lost change purse

It measures just a little over 3" x 2" and is about 1/2" deep. The little plastic bill holder inside looks like it once had plastic pins on each side so it could rotate up but stay attached, but those are broken off. It doesn't look like it could hold more than a few coins in each compartment, but it might make a neat display of some sort.

I have no idea of age. $10 shipped in the US if interested.
