even the little portico steps on either side are defined in the coin shown...any reverse 38 that has full steps is a bonus, lots easier to grade a coin in hand under lighted conditions and magnification

Only if its labelled as such and if it is, then yep! Thats what you got there. I bought one off Heritage that if I had submitted the coin, absolutely no way it would get an FS designation. Newbies must have gotten this contract!
