That is one of the requirements to be here.
Back to the nickel. From the image, I don't feel PCGS or NGC would grade it.

Under the chin on Buffs you may often find EPU clash marks from the reverse die as on this example.
I agree that this would BB from PCGS/NGC cleaned/environmental damage. Could be PVC. AU details, net XF.
