thats one i would have to see in hand. i lean towards AT because the toning is even on both sides.

Looks like a crackout candidate. Then, let it tone NATURALLY. Maybe then it would be holder worthy. Not like it is. FUGLY!!!These cars are NT from the factory though. I have an NT Morgan toned like the top car from the Binion collection. image

Yep, that's another altered in the holder AT'd piece. That coin should come off the market.

  • I contacted the seller, and I don't think he believes me. I emailed him this link. Anyone want to take a quick shot at educating him?

Come on Fats, you think MOC is the ONLY person to try and tone a coin in the holder?
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

Perhaps the act of At'ing in a holder is now referred to as "MOCing", regardless of who does the AT. A blanket name if you will. Kind of like everyone calls facial tissue "Klenex" even if it's not Klenex brand.

I suspect these are being made by many. I guess I should have written MOC POS™ as that is how I now refer to these ugly in holder AT jobs.
  • I see Cladiator was on the same page. I guess you're just a step slow on this one MadOne.image
