Perhaps because you don't realize the seller is real, sells real rare coins but makes few sales on ebay so the feedback number is very low. Ebay is used mostly for advertising for him.
There have been other threads about this seller lately and his penchant for crackout upgrades.
Alright, I've calmed down. I have a couple of the many reasons I couldn't grasp at first. 1. I'm not used to branch proofs being recognized. Only alleged/hinted at. 2. I'm not used to sellers with feedback of 4 selling million dollar coins.

There are quite a number of branch mint proofs of various issues that have been authenticated by both NGC and PCGS.
