Maybe the other coin is worth more because one just like it was on the cover of the book.
The Heritage coin isn't worthy of them even taking the time to write a description for it.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

    Buy the words...not the coin.image

BTW, the timing might suggest the same coin, but listed now after a trip to the spa.

I think Russ bought the Heritage coin, if I remember correctly. The eBay coin is being sold with IMO a very high markup.

You're half, (get it, half? image ), right. I bought the Heritage coin and it's still in the holder. The other coin has been to the spa. It was formerly a PCGS MS67DCAM that had a hazy reverse.

On the second auction, you can't identify the birthmark. Have you made an offer?image

For one thing, a lot of eBay sellers rely on "bidiots" more than Heritage or other dealer auction venues in the hopes of "fishing" for a sucker.

For another, eBay's insane BINs are often just a placeholder to solicit offers, sometimes perhaps off eBay to avoid paying the FVF. In these cases, the sellers offering the coins have no expectation of receiving their asking price.

The first is in an older slab and was sold in the lesser known Heritage online auction following the signature auction. Only a sophisticated nose could sniff it out.image

The second got a facial at the ncs spa, a newer slab, same grade, but the asking price is 6 times the first one. I'll take the first one.
