PCGS just posted confirmation of receipt of my 5 SAE sets. I sent them out unopened Friday afternoon regular USPS Priority. Hope they were still in the capsules!

I'm thinking about submitting the set I received, but it's a real crapshoot without knowing what was received.
I might just open the box and submit the reverse proof only.......
Box of 20

Question is....................WHY?????????

Hoard the keys.
I don't know about the "four year" policy but I did speak with a represenative at PCGS today about a 2006 Silver Anniversary Set submission that said there are no MS70 grades yet for this year in the set.

Don't know about the 4 years either, but yes, it has been posted more than a few times that PCGS, due to potential spotting issues, will NOT issue MS70 graded SAEs until they feel there is no longer any potential for this spotting that can happen.
Do a few searches here, and on the Q&A forum, and you will see this from David Hall & Ron Guth both.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
Wonder why there are some NGC graded MS70's out there.
It appears PCGS is a bit more stringent than NGC in their grading of the MS in the set with past "spotting issues".
PCGS appears to have more to lose in supporting a short-sighted 70 grade of a potential hopefully short-lived US mint quality control issue.

That was my auction. Ron Guth confirmed that they are currently not giving out MS70 grades on the QA forum a couple weeks ago. I believe it was from Wondercoin (a modern expert) that I heard it was 4 years. It may be longer by now. --Jerry

So, by quoting 3rd party "4 years", are you not going by heresy? Isn't that something you chide others on? Not knowing for certain before posting?

<< <i> i said how was i going to put it in the box if I cant open the box for first stike. >>
You attach the submission form to the Mint-sealed box and put THAT into another box.
All of mine were loose inside the black case, two of them were actually out of there capsules, glad I looked. Then I retaped the box, might send them in someday.

Were the coins scratched or otherwise damaged? Mite be a good reason to sell the unopened box.
