A coin that isn't worth diddly squat that I absolutely love.
You guys have a coin that you keep handy just because you like to stare at it sometimes? I keep this one on my desk:

It isn't worth jack because it's only graded PR67DCAM. But, it makes my heart go pitter pat.

<< <i>Wow! Talk about CAKED frost! >>
It's the strongest I've ever found. It literally looks like a presentation medal.

I saw a '56 Franklin with frost like that once at a dealer's. It was only graded 66DCAM. I offered the guy twice what normal '56 DCAMs were going for for it and he laughed at me.
My icon IS my coin. It is a gem 1949 FBL Franklin.

Some light hairlines. Tough to find them, but they're there.

<< <i>How much is diddly squat? >>
Market value for an average PR67DCAM would be $20 to $25. But, I've turned down three times that much for this one.

I won a prize in a raffle some years ago that I have turned down 60X the price I payed for it,just because I LIKE it(I payed diddly squat for it).
Know where your coming from.If you don't sell to me,that ok.

<< <i>Russ will score like a pig when PCGS introduces the UDCAM designation. Don't laugh. It's inevitable. >>
Seeing the difference between Russ's pic and other coins similarly graded, I agree with you Andy.
<< <i>The reverse has absolutely zero frost.
Nice 1971-S, ksteelheader! Most 1971-S halves are ugly, regardless of what their grade is.

ICCS uses it's version, with some success.
