Twice - mostly defective packaging, cracks, and some dust inside the plastic holder.

I also noticed small holes in the mylar on Uncirculated Mint Sets. Still they will reimburse or replace it for free, and if you write a note, they will refund the $4.95 shipping too.

Its worth paying attention to. But it doesnt say much for the people who are paid to look at the coins.

once...had to do it a few different times though.
replacements were always acceptable but I often split the orders (in case I get lucky and one batch is superb or has any errors)

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

  • One time for a "millenium" set. It looked like I recieved someone elses reject so I marked it up with a fat black sharpie and pointed out every defect so no one else would get it ...........
  • On one occasion a few years back with my only experience with a direct order? They handled it well and sent another that was problem free.

  • Twice........Packaging on the first time and a scratch on the second time...both were easy to do.

Once, when I received an ASE proof with a distinct scratch on the obverse.... was replaced quickly with no hassle. Cheers, RickO

Several times especially with the 2006 Silver Proof and regular proof sets.

Also went through a phase with 1st Day Coin covers on state quarters!

I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
