Well Boys, true to my word, I worked all night and have finished my shipping for the weekend (well... almost).

Please bear with me while I review the entrants and commence to do the pairings as soon as I am done reading all these PMs.

    Be nice, Headsplitter. image

Won't be long now. Back in a bit. image

OK, as it presently stands the following are approved as Registered Members of The Swap Club

Unless there is a problem, tentatively these are this swap's pairings.

First of all, Let's ALL congratulate Papa Stan (massscrew) as TODAY he is the Proud Papa of 2 newborns. Let me be The FIRST to do so publicly. Congratulations PAPA Stan! Wow, Twins give a new meaning to your Forum ID. image Oh, as such, understandably, he is going to sorta be preoccupied and informs me that he will need to drop out of this current swap BUT MH2 has agreed to participate.

As such and unless I miscounted and barring any unknown problems, tentatively these are this swap's pairings.

1- BOOM swaps with Claychaser and eyoung429 in a 3 way because we are odd #'d. (Ought to be interesting)

2- Musky1011 swaps with TorinoCobra71 and vice versa - Excellent!

3- Millertime swaps with Headsplitter2 and vice versa - I believe this to be a good match and Shane will undoubtedly do well showing John the ropes.

4- MorganHunter2 swaps with JohnK and vice versa - 2 Morgan Lovers - Good matchup.

5- BigJohnD swaps with aija and vice versa - Big John & Augustin - Good matchup.

6- Mojoman swaps with Doc Mortar and vice versa - Another good matchup. 2 PQ people.

This leaves Friend, with whom I have spoken at great length. I will work with him on the side as I am not leaving him out. He is so enthusiastic that I want to make sure his first swap goes well. However, if I can hook him up with LonelyP I think they'd do just fine. Anyway you look at it Friend, YOU'RE IN.

I intend to START keeping a ledger, beginning with THIS SWAP for reasons already spoken of at great length therefore I ask for everyone's cooperation as outlined below.

If there is any problem with these pairings I need to know IMMEDIATELY so that I can make the changes.

This IS NOT YET etched in Stone. This IS the TENTATIVE Line-up. Is this arrangement OK with everyone?

We have until the end of the week to make changes if necessary. We'll aim for shipping either over the weekend or by Monday- Tuesday at the latest, EARLIER if everyone is Kosher with this lineup. I DO NOT READ MINDS. Talk to me.

OK, once again #1- COMMUNICATE #2- Come to Terms.

Since I AM keeping records (ratings) as of this swap I NEED SOME CO-OPERATION.

#3- PLEASE ... enjoy yourselves and treat each other the way YOU would like to be treated. DO NOT PLACE UNREALISTIC DEMANDS OR ULTIMATUMS ON ONE ANOTHER. If this happens, I want and NEED to know about it.

#4- After you have come to terms POST AS SUCH, HERE, PUBLICLY. It's simple - Just come here (both partners and STATE that you both have come to a mutual agreement AND ARE ON "GO."

#5- When you ship, AGAIN, PLEASE come to THIS THREAD AND POST Your DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NUMBERS PUBLICLY. I AM GOING TO KEEP RECORDS ON ALL THIS.

#6- When you DO come to terms about real world pricing etc, please ship to one another ASAP. DO NOT SIT ON YOUR HANDS WAITING TO SEE WHAT YOU RECEIVE. Afterall, if you have communicated and come to terms there should be NO GOOD REASON NOT TO SHIP OUT STRAIGHTAWAY, RIGHT!

#7- When you are in receipt of your material POST IT AFTER YOU AND YOUR PARTNER HAVE AGAIN COMMUNICATED AND AGREE THAT WHAT WAS SENT IS MUTUALLY ACCEPTABLE. Do NOT DO anything with the items until you both agree and post. Then and ONLY then are you free to do with your material as you wish.

Friend, I will work with on the side. I'm not leaving him out but if I can hook him up with LonelyP I think they just may do alright. If I can't get a hold of him Friend, I will show you the ropes. This is about as simple as it can be without ransoms and or sureties. We play it by ear from here on out. If you sluff off or goof up we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. I can be anywhere in this country, in person, in just a matter of hours if I must. You figure it out.

OK, let's re-rack and try again. Everbody starts fresh on a level playing field with clean slates. Let's keep them that way. Anybody have anything to say, speak up NOW. image

It's been suggested and I concur wholeheartedly, that in an ongoing attempt to properly rate whether members are following guidelines (posting Del Conf#s etc) that a sort of "show and tell", a follow up, would be nice and very helpful.

There has been a lot going on with ME lately so, in light of it all, as part of this Official swap, let me state for the record that I have backed out of the 3 way because I don't want to delay two excellent swappers from having their fun.

That's about all I care to say about it. So John, Earl ... maybe unofficially but in the meantime you guys go on without me.
