At that price you can have anything you want for sale or not.
The only rule is you can never sell it and must donate it to a museum upon your death.
What are you going for?
My pick? 1873 cc seated dime less those pesky arrows

Then, I'd sell the coins they gave me.

The PCGS MS67BN 1793 Chain cent. To me, this is the ultimate U.S. Mint coin.

It'll always be the Amon Carter 1794 to me....

A US Coin? The 1873cc NA gem quarter (James A. Stack specimen) has always been the "seated coin" to me, even after the unique 73cc dime showed up. I'd have most of the billion left too. Would also not mine owning the Child's 1804 dollar or the Eliasberg 1913 Lib. nickel or finest known 1894-s dime. All of those have always had some romance and intrigue. KOS proof set as well. While the ex-Judd 1776 and those $50 Unions are all neat, they haven't traded in the market all that much and haven't had the fanfare.
How about the Confederate $20 gold piece used on the Hunley?
Well at least the owner feels it is priceless.

Good idea. Now, where are you taking us all to lunch with your billion dollar windfall?

<< <i>I am surprised not 1 person said an 1804 Silver Dollar >>
I said the King of Siam proof set which includes the 1804 silver dollar.

<< <i>actually I was just thinking this morning about an 1838-O Bust Half -- I know very little about the history of this coin, were there any circulation strikes? or are the only known examples proofs? >>
They are classified as proofs .... although in my opinion they were only struck once and were allowed to eject upon each other ... thus in my mind they are hardly different than prooflike first strikes [not that it matters one bit].
I give away money. I collect money.
I don’t love money . I do love the Lord God.
