Looks like a VF, although the picture is big, but a little fuzzy. I'd say VF-25 is about right.

i can see it as a PQ 35. a nice 40. an overgraded 45 (but still nice to own)
thinking in pcgs type grades.

FC, you hit it dead on. Shots where taken to show luster of coin. And they mushed the details.
