2 Cent Piece: Will PCGS not like this coloration?

This is the last coin I am considering shipping off to be cracked and submitted to PCGS. It is in an NGC64RB. I know I've seen others toned with purples and green, I simply love the colors. Someone has one as their avatar I think.

    Your coin looks fine and should grade at PCGS.

    You coin looks AU and unfortunately has been cleaned.

    The coin that started the thread looks like a very nice R&B Two Cent piece that should grade with flying colors.

    Sorry mozeppa, but you coin appears to cleaned and artificially retoned. Note the luster under the red and purple surfaces of the first coin. Yours look flat with no luster, and the bluish color on your coin does not look natural.

    The on caveot is that it's a dicey to grade coins by photos and scans.
    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

    Your coin looks to show some original lustre. I think it has a good chance at grading. I have found that if PCGS grades a toner like this that it tends to grade very conservatively. Possibly because they cant tell if the toning is hiding something or not.
