  It looks more like an AU coin, or it's the worst strike I've seen on a CC morgan. If it is mint state, I would give it no higher than a 62, and would not send in for grading...

  I would say MS63, 82-83-84's are very common in 63 so I dont think it would be worth the cost and time.

  Is that in a GSA holder? If it is, it's better (and worth more) to leave it there.

  This 1882 Carson City Morgan dollar is a VAM 6A. It has a doubled date, clashed "n" and "s".
  
  Strongly clashed dies with partial incuse "n" of "In" from reverse shows faintly next to Liberty head neck and faint partial incuse "s" of "Trust"
  
  from reverse showing in right hair vee of lower hair edge.
  
  The pic's are just not showing the true beauty of this coin.

  MS63 it is a low end coin for the grade in my opinion, not a good canidate for slabbing.
  CC's are still very hot and they are very saleable raw, consider selling this one raw and being selective and replace it with one that is already in a pcgs or ngc slab.

  I see a 62 there. Here is an 82 CC in an old holder that is a solid 64 for comparison

  JRocco., Thats a real good example of a high end ms64, thats why with most coins its better to cherry pick and buy the best coin within a grade. I would add that coin is much more desirable then most 64's you will see offered for sale, the market grading has really effected how these are slabbed.
