It looks more like an AU coin, or it's the worst strike I've seen on a CC morgan. If it is mint state, I would give it no higher than a 62, and would not send in for grading...

MS63 it is a low end coin for the grade in my opinion, not a good canidate for slabbing. CC's are still very hot and they are very saleable raw, consider selling this one raw and being selective and replace it with one that is already in a pcgs or ngc slab.
JRocco., Thats a real good example of a high end ms64, thats why with most coins its better to cherry pick and buy the best coin within a grade. I would add that coin is much more desirable then most 64's you will see offered for sale, the market grading has really effected how these are slabbed.
