My first slabbed commemorative - guess the grade?

I don't know anything about commemoratives but I was looking for an attractively toned silver coin with an interesting theme. This PCGS graded 1926-S Oregon has attractive toning that is not readily apparent in the pictures, especially the reverse picture. The "lines" on the obverse that go through "OF" are on the slab. This coin's color changes quite a bit depending on the light and angle of view. The red in the obverse picture appears a little bit exaggerated.

    Now that you say the pics suck I will assume 2 grades higher than the pics show. How about MS66.

    From your supposedly poor pictures and all that toning, a very wild guess is PCGS minimum grade of MS64. Yes, I am only protecting myself by using the word "minimum".image
    I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.

    PCGS MS-67 and a purchase from Mark Feld

    Perhaps this is a little better picture as far as showing off the luster, which is exceptional, and hard to photograph. The coin exhibits very nice blue and gold toning when viewed at different angles.
