I was trying for MS68 on those two lincolns, they are so solid for MS67 that you could crack them a million times and always get 67. I really thought they are 68's.

sorry the 44-D and 45-D missed a 68 grade... how many 68 red examples exist?

None,at least on the 44-D I think. Correct me if I'm wrong as I may be thinking of another 40's date that Wayne Herndon offered $6k for the first PCGS certified 68 Red example...
