I know it was cleaned in the past. I have my grade opinion, but could use a few 2nd opinions from fellow board members. Thanks.

Looks like weak strike with very little wear on forehead, top of head on obverse, and top of eagle's left wing on reverse. The rim ding on obverse 11 o'clock is minor.
I'd say AU53.

10 to 1 says that's not a rim ding and was caused by the machine that put on the lettered edge.
Most of the hair detail is there, only lacking from the forehead to ear. The drapery at the bust looks sharp.
On the reverse you have sharp shield detail and ample feather details as well.

PCGS grade: VF35 if not body bagged.
Others: at least XF40.
Best guess, EF-40 or 45 details, net VF-30.

For those grading this in the F-VF range, can you send me some?
That's a beauty.
I have a PCGS certified 1807 in vf20 with no where near that amount of meat left on it.
That's a really nice coin, I'd be proud of it in my type set.
