Mind if I join you?

Hello, My name is Wes Chormicle from Allgood Coin in St George, UT. Up until a couple of days ago I hung out at the RCC newsgroup. As some of you may know, that group was recently over run with foul mouthed vulgarity spewing trolls. So, if you don't mind, I'd like to hang out here!

Thanks,
Wes Chormicle

Hey Wes image To The Forums. Am I gonna get that 78-CC without the reserve price? Great to see you over here and on RCC. Maybe you can share some of your "It came into the shop" stories over here too!

If you don't know the meaning or the history of that saying, you're in for a real eye opener.

Just do a quick search on the Savanna Scammer, pjd1966. We're all quite familiar with the saying, and not for positive reasons.

Don't worry, nobody is going to confuse you with them.
"Lenin is certainly right. There is no subtler or more severe means of overturning the existing basis of society(destroy capitalism) than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and it does it in a manner which not one man in a million is able to diagnose."

Is everyone in St George a coin, token, or medal collector or does it just seem that way?

    Hi Wes,

Glad to see you here. I've lurked here for a couple of years but don't post much. I just deleted RCC from my newsgroup list when I realized I'd killfiled almost everyone there.

Hope to see some more of those wonderful walk-in collections articles. Those folks in Utah seem to have saved up a lot of really neat stuff.

Welcome aboard. It seems that you already know several people here. I really like this place, mainly because you can lurk or participate and learn both ways, and the ribbing that does go on is (usually) done in good taste, without the foul language.

    Hey Wes!

I'm over here more than over at RCC anymore. I've seen a steady decline in the number over posts over the last year or so and it seems most of the folks I knew over there have disappeared.

For the CU folks who don't know Wes, he's a knowledgeable, honest dealer who always added a measure of class to RCC.

Welcome! I was chased out of R.C.C. a couple of years ago when a certain someone started sending subpeonas around to posters who criticized his business. I think you'll find the signal to noise ratio here a little more acceptible.
