How quickly are bourse-level sales reported to the home office and websites updated?

For the dealers who travel with a decent amount of inventory to a show, how quickly do sales made at the bourse level get reported back to the home office (in order for the inventory listing on your website to be updated)? For example, if an expensive coin is sold on the bourse, does the dealer immediately call the team back at the office and tell them to take that coin out of inventory?

In a potential sale transaction, does the potential purchaser who has his paws physically on the coin always trump a person on the phone who wants to buy the piece? For example, if I call XYZ Coin Company and tell them I saw Coin A on the website and I want to buy it, but at the same time another customer is pressing his nose against the display case and tells the dealer, "I want Coin A; hand it over", which customer gets it? Does it matter if the Dealer's #1 customer (let's call him Mr. Big Fish) is the one on the phone, while the person at the bourse is named Mr. Nobody But With Cash Just As Green As Mr. Big Fish? Who gets the coin?

When you call the home office they will tell you the coins are at a show. You then ask for a cell phone number and then you call the show to discus the coin and commit to buy it. They will hold it for you and then ship it out when they get back to the home office. I've done this many times.
