Entered on 11/07 15 Day service and about to come up on the second blackout dates...

Do black out days count for late days, or only days in the gauranteed time?

    black out days are just that,they dont count aaat all !

    I agree with you on that. Sent in a submission that was recieved on 11/22 and got grades today(12/8). Not that I wanted them. image

    Edited part....

    Got my grades in 11 business days on a 15 day submission. FIFO does not exist.

    If you sent Registered Mail and the USPS site says it was received, don't worry. PCGS has the coins and pestering them will only pi$$ them off.

    Sent 2 orders for 15 day service.

    Both received on 11/14 by PCGS.

    1st was gold crossovers and received grades 12/7/2005
    2nd was raw gold and I am still waiting. This one must be getting close to some freebies even including blackouts and the day's they took off for Thanksgiving.

    That's for Economy submissions. He's talking about a Regular submission.
