Do black out days count for late days, or only days in the gauranteed time?

I agree with you on that. Sent in a submission that was recieved on 11/22 and got grades today(12/8). Not that I wanted them.

Got my grades in 11 business days on a 15 day submission. FIFO does not exist.

Both received on 11/14 by PCGS.
1st was gold crossovers and received grades 12/7/2005
2nd was raw gold and I am still waiting. This one must be getting close to some freebies even including blackouts and the day's they took off for Thanksgiving.
