I have one. You would buy it if you collect ANACS slabs with cert #'s of 2384953.
a nice clean unmarked example but you'd probably spend weeks finding the rolls to look
through since it's a tough one. You could look through eight or ten mint sets to find one
of this quality but it's a $10 mint set.
I'll bet he gets his asking price and then some.

In 1992 I was just starting out going after Kennedy halves and kept going to the bank to get them. The bank I kept going to must have had a whole bag of 91-D halves. I went through over 400 91-Ds many of them nicer than this one in the auction. How many did I keep? One roll all better than this one.
Why didn't I keep more than one roll? I was poor then and keeping $10 seemed foolish.
Now I go through halves keep the really nice ones. Maybe someday they'll go up too.
