Nice coin, a little better date Barber half. Unfortunately, MS Barber halves, (even the more common dates), are pretty much out of my league now. A beautiful MS set would be nice though.
One tick mark above the lips will not normally preclude an MS 65 grade. I don't have a good feel for the luster on the E-Bay coin. There appears to be a few contact marks / scuffs in back of / between the lower lip and the chin.
I also wonder about the inner wingtip on the reverse, on the viewer's right. It appears to be weakly struck. Is this normal for the 11S? I do not notice discoloration, so this is not an attractive slider.

The attached link shows another 1911-S, also in PCGS 64, which I bought from DLRC last month.
What I paid for my coin and the sell price on Ebay's 11-S is substantially different... care to guess ?

Yours was a 25 Cent piece and the one on eBay was a 50 Cent piece
