    Not very attractive IMO; looks like it was wrapped in smoething that had a band or strap shape to it.

    Saw these last night whilst cruising the bay of E. I agree their AT, but wonder about the method. Ugly in any case.
    Always looking for attractive rim toned Morgan and Peace dollars in PCGS or (older) ANA/ANACS holders!
