Coin is coming back to me Raw.
PCGS is reimbursing my cost for the coin and all grading and shipping fee's involved.
I hope to get an explanation letter along with the coin. We'll see.

Probably not, I think you have to do a presidential review to get that. And even then you won't always get it.

Right on the money Conder101. Got the coin with the check. No explanation. I've got a 1957 PR66 DCAM Franklin so I put this money into this coin

Did PCGS contact you regarding your options? ie. Refund your purchase price vs. reslab at a lower grade and pay you the difference in value?
How did PCGS know the purchase price? Did you have to provide any documentation supporting your purchase price (reciept, invoice, etc.)?
