What appears to be a fake coin in an eBay auction

Here's the coin: Link to auction
The obverse picture is of a 42/1-P and the reverse is of some "D" mintmark Merc. The auction states that it is for a 42/1-D, unfortunately 42/1-D's don't look like 42/1-P's. In fact, unless the 42/1-D is high grade, a good number of people probably wouldn't even recognize the overdate.
Thoughts?

I'm not looking to buy it...just an alert so someone else doesn't (potentially) get skunked.

<< <i>I also think the seller is being a bit optimistic with his grade of AU55.

This other listing of his looks odd too, as it appears to be a certified coin, but no mention is made of such.

Do you want to cancel this auction because you lifted the picture from the Rare Coins of New Hampshire website, or should I just bid $10,000 and ensure that nobody else wins and gets scammed by you. Your choice, just let me know which way you'd like to go. If I don't hear from you shortly I will assume that you want me to bid really, really high. Thanks.
It's a scam alright.

<< <i>I agree that the obverse image looks wrong for the D- mint over-date and wrote to the seller.

Looks like the guy just lifts images....I just don't get these people
Knowledge is the enemy of fear
On a side note, I also reported this other item by the same seller as a lottery type of auction which is prohibited. Ebay has not acted there either. Over 50 people have bid so far, got to love it.
