A cheap plug for Russ (Compucheap) on eBay
I recently had to sell a significant portion of my collection, and decided to take a portion of it the eBay route, through Russ (Compucheap). Very straightforward and professional to deal with, no BS at all, very fast pay out too. Truly incredible photos, as well (Honestly, I didn't recognize many of them as MY coins, they were that good!).
Further, all lots recieved (to me anyway) very good bidder activity, and realizations were, across the board, better than I expected. So, if you're looking to sell, and your eBay (or photography) skills aren't quite up to par, or you just don't feel like dealing with the potential headaches, here's an unqualified recommendation of his services.
Many, many thanks again Russ
(Plus, he ain't half as mean when you're makin' money for him)

Just referring to 'seeing them in a new light', no chicanery involved. Once you've had a coin for a while, you can (easily, in my case) 'forget' how nice it really is. Seeing something every day, resting comfortably in your 7070, not getting out the magnifier quite as often to examine the detail...
But once you've decided to let them go (no matter how reluctantly), and you see 'em up for sale, with truly high quality images, it's almost amazing the difference. Wish I had had photos like those to view at home all the time the set was in the bank.

I have no problem with that. A true Capitalist does not discriminate.
Russ, NCNE
I sent him a sms Kennedy with a ding on it to sell, he tells me it was the elusive birthmark variety.

(Crap, I'm at 2499, guess I'll have to do a giveaway soon.
I gave RUSS some graded, some raw, some real junk and he did the best job of a quick turn around that I have ever experienced in 30 years of sales.
His fees were reasonable, his photos were terrific, his check to me was lightening. Oh, Russ, BTW--sorry about that neg.
just kidding
