I did read the whole thing and I was struck by the following:

Last weeks results were a great disappointment to us and we have seriously considered the cessation of our selling activities at eBay. We were concerned of the fact that several of our listings got bids that are about a grade or two lower than the coin we listed i.e. Monster Toned 1928s that we could have sold to a dealer for $400 received a final bid of $237.50 or the PL 1898 Morgan Dollar that the same dealer offered to buy for $25 received a final bid of $15.50.

I don't know about you, but someone whining on eBay about the prices he or she receives for his or her coins is real turn off.

Those photos make it really difficult to discern between the coin's color and the crappy photography........... but I wouldn't drop that kind of money on that peace dollar!!

What does the guy expect? He's been on eBay a little over a month, has only 21 feedback and is selling raw coins. Of course he isn't going to be attracting strong bids.

Did anybody understand his whine about service charges? What was he talking about?
Who is General Failure, and why is he reading my hard drive?

Too hard to read and so much BS that he makes mistakes.
He states in his diatribe that shippingwould be $7.99 but if you look at the shipping quote under the Shipping section, it lists $0.79. He also states Insurance required at $1.30. Yet, in the Insurance section, it is listed as optional.

So, he may be in for less on the shipping or a hassle with the buyer.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Barf bag, opps...body bag. Toned using a propane torch, heater. Probably the worst AT P. $1 I've seen. Chris

Now this is interesting. From another auction:

<< <i>We are currently unable to accept PayPal due to the limitation that PayPal has placed on our account. We do not believe that PayPal was justified in limiting our account >>

<< <i>PayPal claims that PayPal has received more than one report of suspicious behavior from my buyers. >>

There's a bunch more gobbledgoop you can read here.

I like to went blind trying to read all that fancy writing and stopped at the part where they said they were throwing everything in the kitchen sink but did have enough eyesight left to feel safe in saying that it is maybe possibly probably not original & wouldn't slab but that is just my opinion & I may be entirely wrong but I don't think so.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

There are several adjectives for this toning. Among them are:

    FAKE, FRAUD, BOGUS, ARTIFICIAL

P.S. I'm glad to see that there is at least ONE LESS tone lover out there. The stuff is getting WAY overpriced and WAY overrated.

I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
