I bought this on eBay and the scan did not show ANY of what I am seeing on this coin. Its graded MS67 by PCGS and I think it deserves an Ugly Award™. What caused the weird "stuff" going on?
What would you do with it? Sell it? Give it away? Throw it away? Hawk it on eBay with a bad picture? Grade Review possibly?
