This is the second one that PCGS has bodybagged for damage. Just what kind of damage can there be to a new coin freshly pulled from a roll?

I assume the Bison nickels came from a mint or bank roll - is that correct? If so how can one be AU58 and another damaged? All the ones I've looked at from mint rolls looked damaged to some extent, but I thought mint damage (bag marks, hits, etc.) was acceptable. That would be a good question for the Q&A forum.

But AU-58 come on PCGS, thier is no way a coin that has just been released, circulated enough to go into an Au-58???

This is simply nonsense- Littlejohn- did you pull these from pocket change? or from a mint roll?

If everything from the mint in rolls or bags are coming out to the collector as 64's 58?, or damaged- WHAT in GOD's name is DH tellin his graders- only the stuff from MAJOR PLAYERS gets the cut?
