  I sent an email asking what a "YowCow" payment was and got this response:
  
  "YowCow acts like a escrow service. I have to close this auction today because my mom got sick and I will leave the country today. I will take the dollar with me so the deal is still avaible."

  I wrote to the scum and said I was interested. Here is what he wrote back:

Anyhow it apeard a problem that my mom got sick and I have to leave the country tomorow but I will take the coin with me so the deal is still avaible. I will use YowCow for the payment because acts like an escrow service (you will contact them to release the funds to ma after you will inspect the coin)
