No grading service should have any business body-bagging or net grading this piece, in my opinion.
Jesus said, "If those who lead you say to you, 'See, the kingdom is in the sky,' then the
birds of the sky will precede you. If they say to you, 'It is in the sea,' then the fish will
precede you. Rather, the kingdom is inside of you, and it is outside of you. When you
come to know yourselves, then you will become known, and you will realize that it is you
who are the sons of the living father. But if you will not know yourselves, you dwell in
poverty and it is you who are that poverty."--- Gospel of Thomas (Lamdin translation)
I'd say going by type it's in the choice VF range. Could even be XF (if there is any luster peeking through, which I doubt it) as there looks to be good detail.
As far as color, if the image is accurate sure a lot of folks like to see "Pretty" colors on any coin.
I just don't think a pastel yellow should be seen on a well circulated coin, let alone circulated Bust material.
Find a nice nasty "Crusty" man style coin.

EF details but has been "warshed off" in the old-timeys and is retoning
Still worth par EF money in a strong market (or selling situation), VF30 in a weak one

<< <i>Chemically damaged net F15. Sorry but yellow is not seen that often to get by. >>
Now you have my attention. Please tell me more about yellow toning problems.

I would've guessed 40. 35 on a bad day. Good job on the 45!
