the "others" hobby

Obviously everyone here is in it for the coins... but what hobbies are the "significant other" into? Does it help your ability to spend with coins, or is it competing for the budget? Equally supportive? My spouse collects leaves of every design, dries and enamels them, then frames them for gifts or to sell. It's basically free as hobbies go, so there is no monetary competition for my coinage.

    No money-consuming hobbies. She's OK with mine as long as I keep it within reason.

    I play texas holdem poker regulary so I am not always focused on coins in my spare time.

    I move between coins, guns, knives, and antique pocket watches; which I also work on as a hobby. I'm also a car buff so I usually have a couple of semi hot rods around, presently 2 Mustang Mach1's.

    As far as a art forum goes pocket watches are hard to beat and bargins are out there with knowlede. It seems this hobby just started taking hold in the late 90's so theirs tons of great stuff for under a grand that's truly rare.
