Dealers: How closely do you stick to your return policy?

Say you offer a seven day return privilege. Buyer wants to return coin after say, 10 days. Coin is PCGS or NGC slabbed, and buyer just doesn't like it. Lets assume that this is a new customer, that you have not done business with previously. Would you take it back for a full refund?

I firmly believe in numismatics as the world's greatest hobby, but recognize that this is a luxury and without collectors, we can all spend/melt our collections/inventories.

I note that your handle is "Great-Service" and you advertise "The Best Return Policy in the Business" in your listing. Quibbling over 3 days would be neither.
Ryk: I have taken a PCGS slabbed Morgan back after 6 months, for a full refund. I am extremely generous in my policy, as I also pay shipping both ways on returns. I am just asking what the other fellas do.

We have stated a 10% return fee, yet have never charged it.
I learned a long time ago if iI keep my customers happy, I will get their future business. This always being more important than profit or loss on any one transaction.

Mark, knowing you as I do from here, that's what I would have expected.
Edited:
Legend has been very generous with her return policy. For those of you who do not know Laura, her bark is much, much worse than her bite.
<< <i>I don't know why anyone would need more than 5 days to decide if a coin is a keeper or not. I can usually tell in about 5 seconds if the coin is a keeper or not though I have kept one or two that I probly shudda returned. Unless the buyer runs into some unexpected hardship after a month or longer and you want to repurchase the coin thats another matter. >>
Tom, most experienced collectors know as soon as they pull the coin out of the package if it's a keeper or not. It's my position that most of these guys who want to return a coin after several weeks have shopped it around.
