1500th POST GIVEAWAY!

Well, it looks like I've wasted more of my life here than I thought. Anyhow, in recognition of this momentous achievment, I've decided to hold a giveaway in celebration of my 1500th post. So, I've decided that whoever can come up with the most comical meaning of the acronyms on the following sign will win:



The rules are as follows:

1) One guess per person.
2) No edits allowed.
3) There are two acronyms, before and after the "&" - you must guess each one.
4) If anyone knows what they actually mean, please don't tell, in the interest of making this funny. (I know what the sign is really for)
5) Guessing ends 1 week from today whenever I go to sleep.
6) After the end of guessing, I'll edit this post into a poll, and allow voting for another week.
7) At the end of voting, the meaning with the most votes will win. In the event of a tie, I will decide the winner.
