    I'm glad you neg'd a seller like that. It would be worse if you had not, and he could perpetuate the behavior on others (i.e. me).

    He11, I neg'd a guy because he waited 2 weeks to mail my package. And I'd do it again.

    Some buyers are quick to give out a neg for any inconvenience. Usually, they are not sellers themselves so 1) they have never been in the seller's shoes and 2) they have no reputation to protect.
