A co-worker wants me to look at these coins and make an offer. UPDATE, NEXT BATCH OF COINS

I'm very confident in what I'll pay for most of these coins, but the half is giving me some trouble. It looks very close to AU but has some type of crust on the upper reverse. I'd be a litte conservative and grade it XF with problems and offer around 70-75. Is that too much or too little. I wont rip this guy at all but will make as fair an offer as I can. I also told him to get at least two other offers before he accepts anything I say. I believe the fractional gold is fake but need a good resource. Any suggestions.
Pics are way too big. I'll resize them and get back to it.

From the looks of the photos I suppose that person is or was a coin collector so he to should know the value of the coins.

His brother had a pawn shop is Colorado years ago and he now has some of the leftover coins from the business.

How did you come to that conclusion? They are as fake as they come. Woolworth's used to sell them for $2.00 each back in the '60s and '70s. I think that most people would be as happy as pigs in poop if they could get $5 for those things.
To put things in context, Woolworth's charged $4.50 for coins that had a retail value of 75 cents. You can get an idea of what these replicas are worth from that.

Agreed. I FOUND one of those tokens on the floor at a coin show last month. I kept it as a curiosity, but if anyone wants to offer me $5 for it, PM me.
