Looks like an identical 16-D Mercury Dime on eBay by two different sellers -- how can this be?

Not that I'm looking to buy either one of these two, but while surfing eBay Merc listings I ran across a 16-D that looked familiar. Looked through the listings again, and low and behold -- looks like the same dime

The BIG bidder has a feedback score of (0).
These are kind of auctions are fun to watch -- rare raw coin ... not in a holder ... "new" and "first time" bidders are running up the price. Can't suppose or draw any conclusions, but interesting non the less.
What's even more interesting is that these auctions are ending just a few hours appart so you'd think that the people that are bidding on one would have (at least) bid on the other -- but nada -- in either case. The guys that have loosing bids over $1k in Link 2 should love the coin in Link 1 at 1/2 the price
At least you can compare the cert numbers on a slab

Ebay has a good fraud and security team and are very helpful. If they nuke your auction they cannot restore it or your bids. The buyer was more than greatful for the save and completed the sale in another auction later.
You're right he is a scumbag.
