I walk into MY local coin shop and who's there? Yep, MadMarty. With a blatant disrespect for my own turf, I displayed my bright plumage and fierce demeanor and he scampered away...

    I caught him on E-Bay the other day, I'm the only person who shops there for coins and he's starting to encroach.

    I hope you sprayed your turf before you left. That will keep that old dog away.

    I did - right on the side of the building when I left. The cops chased me away though.

    I think you're the one invading Marty's space... he's got a 300 mile radius home range...

    Now... it would really start to scare me... if he started showing up in CoinLt or Islemangu's local shops to hunt proof sets and greyside!!! image

    He's a Madman. When he enters a room, no "special" proof set is safe. Even if the dealer has then stashed away in back, he can sense them, and he will get them. Don't even try to compete with him, it is hopeless image

    He's the man when it comes to getting something that's hard to find though. Got me a 1981 T2 PF-69 PCGS Lincoln that has not been sold on TeleTrade for over 8 months and never seen one on EBAY or at a show. Have seen them on Heritage, but DAMB, you have to mortage something to buy there sometimes. Keep going buddy !!!!!!!!!!!

    What, you have never seen anyone coin shop on crutches! Hell a month or two off of work and I can really do some damage!!
