  MONSTER TONING???? Sets like this, I sell at a discount! I don't consider it attractive toning, but damage.

  I agree with Mike - those would sell at a discount - I don't particularly like that look either - there are very few toned proofs that turn my head

  I do think it would be a huge shame if these continued to get prices higher than early 60s toned proof sets though .

  With that seller....I'll bet you a buffalo nickel that the case has been molested, coins removed, AT'd then returned to case. If you are thinking of buying D, I would email him and question if the cases are intact.
