Reverse looks a little mushy. There are a few marks on the neck, a few low right on the reverse and the shield, and there appears to be lots of die polish evident in the fields. The luster looks decent. I like it as a MS64, maybe 5 if the marks are minor in hand.

Its okay... I don't think it gets to a 65 Russ and I know it can't be the quality of your photo As for what PCI graded it, I am not going to venture a guess

Family, kids, coins, sports (playing not watching), jet skiing, wakeboarding, Big Air....no one ever got hurt in the air....its the sudden stop that hurts. I hate Hurricane Sandy. I hate FEMA and i hate the blasted insurance companies.

Ahhh, the good old days...when I was still in diapers
I got here too late to play, but my first question would have been 'old PCI or new PCI'. MS60 is ludicrous - gotta love those 10-digit PCI slabs. The center of the shield on the reverse looks to weakly struck for a 65, so I also agree with the 64.

In the old green label it gets a 64/65 grade.
In the gold label? Easily 66, possibly 67.

<< <i>So you gonna cross it over at PCGS Russ???? >>
Not even worth the submission fee. I only bought it because of the novelty of having a grossly undergraded PCI slab. It cost less than $5.
