Link to AT. One of the best AT jobs I've seen on ebay.

I wonder if anybody from Texas has that coin on their snipe list.

It's pretty good, but do you see what gives this one away?

The splotchiness to the red in the right obverse field.

That's one sign, but not the major one on this coin. The coin doctor is trying to imitate bag toning. On real bag toned coins, the demarcation line betwee the toned and untoned areas of the coin is fluid, by that I mean the line does not zigzag. The line on this coin zigzags several times, making it obvious.

I thought it looked good as well and I am not totally convinced it isn't NT....regardless I am trying to win it so I can see it up close and personal. Since I have been buying up toned morgans in bunches lately, it's important that I be able to tell the difference. If I don't win it no biggie, but it's worth a shot.

If that doesn't work....I'll crack it and sell it for a fortune image

"It's pretty good, but do you see what gives this one away?"

Toned "zig zag" on both sides doesn't make a very good case for its being bag toned either.

“People like to know you're listening, and something as simple as a clarification question shows not only that you are listening but that you also care about what they're saying.”---Travis Bradberry

This quote reflects the idea that clarification is not just about resolving confusion, but also about deepening understanding, shaping thought, and fostering better communication.

I don't and I ain't going to find out the way the bidding is going. I thought it was worth $20 just to learn from, but it's at $31 now.......I could get an NT for that so....I'll pass image

I do have to wonder, though, if this coin will reappear raw on ebay without mention of AT.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit. Some people have no scruples. Or, they know more than the experts at ANACS.
