WHO'S GOING TO THE CHATTANOOGA SHOW NEXT WEEKEND!

Next weekend Nov 5-7. Information can be found here. After all the hubub of the elections it'll be nice to get to see smoe neat coins. I'll be there Saturday - Dahlonega and the GoldRush Gallery gang will be there. Hopefully our friend Tassa will be able to make it too - it'll be great to see some of the southern folk down there!

I will be there on Friday for sure, I might stay over and attend on Saturday as well. I'll be grabbing dinner and drinks with some coin buddies on Friday evening at one of the local restaurants. Board members are welcome to join us: the more, the merrier!

Sounds like the wife will not be coming on this trip.

I'm still working on figuring how to be in two places at the same time. Haven't completely given up hope yet but the chances of my getting there looks slim

I wish I could be there on Saturday..but work is saying I gotta be there. Might try to drive up Sunday though and see if any dealers are still there.

If I can't order from the menu, at least I can look to see what's on it!

Besides, it sure beats the typical coin show scenery! That's what we need: more hot chicks in this hobby!

Sorry about missing you on Saturday, Frank et al. I got called back to Atlanta on Friday evening to help with a family crisis. I did manage to pick up a few beauties on Friday though. Got some nice original VF Barber Quarters. Picked up a nice 1913 VF30 Barber Half (got a sweet deal on it). Also picked up a nice 1875-S XF45 Seated Liberty Half. And, even though I don't collect this series, I just couldn't pass up getting three SLQs. Common dates, but uncommon luster and toning. I think they've gotten me interested in yet another series! If I had a digital camera I'd post some pics for you, but alas my scanner just doesn't do a good job of capturing luster.

the show seemed fairly good to myself I got to meet a few of the Forum members there. I spent more then I needed to but who dont bought very little for myself most to fill want list of a two people so Ill live. Got to talk to the 2 people from Jade R C and they were both real helpful and got me looking at the next items I really want to collect for myself after I finish the 3 main sets Im working on. Also got to meet Tassa, Frank and Larry there. Hope everyone found what they needed
