Mystery Solved - Why Russ Has Such Toned Kennedy Halves

image

oven, schmoven, he has the heavy dutry equipment in his backyard.

Don't know where in Washington he lives in relation to Mt St Helenes, but hopefully he has to drive to tone those Kennedys as opposed to throwing them out the back window.

    I'm a science teacher. If she blows and you have ash, could I sport you some postage & handling to send a few pounds to me?

    Set all your Morgans up on the roof of the house and let the sulfuric ash fall on them.

    AT=Ash toned
    LT=Lava toned

    I remember from 1980 when this happened....I lived in central Washington....ash upon ash upon ash.......
    Damn ash would have scoured the coins if it had gotten to them.....

    I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

    I also lived in Central Washington. The Yakima valley to be exact. Even though I was only 8 years of age, I remember it as if it were yesterday (even though I am a tad tipsy tonight! image )
    I still have a pretty larger canister of ash from the 1980 explosion. We must have had two inches of the stuff in Yakima. It was an awesome happening that I will remember all of my life!

    I wonder if she'll blow hard enough for me to feel it in Tacoma?

    There's a flea market he frequents just downwindimage

    Hail the gift of memory in this fifty-second state. Who sold me down the river and shafts me while he waits. Outside the gates of Eden, star spangled and so late.

    I live in Kent (south of Seattle). This area isn't likely to get much of anything. The ironic thing, though, is that when it blew May 18th 1980, I was driving to Yakima to visit the ex and the kid. Man, it was wild. At noon it was pitch black.

  • Russ: if it blows, I would love to have a small chunk of lava rock, provided you could actually get a fresh sample.
