Peace dollars are rough to tell from photos. Sometimes it's tough even when they're in hand. They have a tendency to dull quickly with even light wear and can looked cleaned even when they're not. If this one isn't cleaned, I'd have to give it a VF, but the photo isn't really clear enough for me to make out how sharp it is (or isn't).

I'd guess PCGS F15 (original condition). I have an entire Peace set, and this is one of those tough dates that many collectors obtain in circulated condition.
