<< <i>Pat, that's a nice clad. Green PCI huh? What's the reverse look like? >>
More bands of "Morgan-like" color- RED; GREEN, and a golden yellow. Lots of luster too. I'll try and get a shot off tomorrow with the proper camera setting!.
Edited to add: I wish TAD of Supercoin was still around as I bought this one and one other from him. If I remember correctly, he tried to get PCGS to holder these without success. I bought them raw and had PCI take a shot.
We both believed the color was good, just a bit scary for the Services.
The devices have a peacoock green and gold appeal to them.
Somebody here on the forums has a link under his name about PCI holders. It says something to the effect that the old PCI holders with 10 digits would cross 1 to 2 points higher with NGC or PCGS.

<< <i>I hope that coin looks better than your picture shows...
Thank goodness, it does! (I had the camera on "portrait" setting and after shooting a few coins and realizing it, was too lazy to alter the settings.)

Pat, when I first saw the thread I thought, "You mean they took a P01 and brought it up to a Fair 2?"

Sure would like to see a decent picture.
<< <i>Now crack it and send to PCGS since your sure it would come out the same! Is PCI becoming more conservative than NGC?
This is an old PCI slab--a gold-label slab would have this at MS68+...
If I had it my way, stupidity would be painful!
