I do have one of those certificate from them when they were RMCG Rocky Mountain Coin Grading. They didn't keep that name long before they changed to MACE. There is another company that has been selling grading certificate as well NuGrade coin grading service. From what I have been told the owner of that company used to be associated with Tru Grade.
I have been communicating with this guy. He told me that he is "certified to grade coins" ...... I'll pass more info along when I learn more. I'll be anxiously waiting for his next reply as to who certified him
This coupon good for 1 modern day coin includes: Dollar ( Morgan, Peace, Eisenhower, Sacagawea, and Susan Anthony) Half Dollar (Kennedy, Franklin, and Walking Liberty) Quarter (Washington and Standing Liberty) Dime (Roosevelt, Mercury, and Barber) Nickel ( Jefferson, Buffalo, and V-Nickel) Penny (Lincoln, and Indian Head). Also includes the American Silver Eagle.
Whew! All of these coins are MODERN!!! I guess that ends several debates here on the forum!!!
Anybody can call themself a coin grader/slabber/whatever. The real question is - how accurate/reasonable are thier grades?!? Most of the fly-by night companies are in the same realm as the TruGrades and the SGS type slabbers - although I did actually see a Kennedy in a TruGrade slab on ebay that was graded MS64. Now how bad would a coin have to be for TruGrade to give it that low of a grade?!?!?
You would also think that for some one to set up a business site like this one, they would at least have someone who can spell and write grammatically correct sentences proof-read the site... It looks very unprofessional to peruse a site and see bad grammer and spelling errors all over the place.

Curiously, no one has coughed up the $5 and change to get a free grading......
Thanks for the heads up though in case it was a new company.
