Slab collectors . . . here are some oddballs you don't see all the time

These are from Federal Certification Service . . . not all that rare, but a neat addition to your slab collection. Although, they are not in a slab, but a cardboard insert in a plastic sleeve. Definitely low budget, but that is their charm.

I like the FCS and IGA grading. Obverse and reverse grading is nice. Let's you know how both sides will reflect an overall grade somewhere else. Is it possible to have a coin with a 66 obverse and a 62 reverse? What would the final grade be, or averaged out to be?
